Our son had gotten so much more confident with swimming (and even just putting his face in the water!) The owner Danielle is very kind and we love the coaches. They are so patient, but still firm/consistent with him (which he needs). Thank you Swimming Fishies!Posted onDrew NullTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We truly can’t say enough incredible things about Swimming Fishies Swim School and the heart behind it. Our twins went through Danielle’s intensive program when they were younger, and it was nothing short of amazing. Not only did they learn essential water safety and strong swimming skills, but they came out of it genuinely loving the water—something we’ll always be grateful for. Now, years later, Foster has been back in lessons for the past month, and the experience has been just as positive. He looks forward to every session and leaves with the biggest smile, already excited for the next one. That kind of enthusiasm doesn’t happen by accident—it’s a direct reflection of the environment Danielle and her instructors create. It’s so evident that Danielle and her team truly love their students. They are patient, encouraging, and fully invested in each child’s progress, meeting them exactly where they are while gently pushing them to grow. You can see the connections they build with each swimmer, and just as importantly, you can see how much the kids adore being there. There’s laughter, pride, and a real sense of accomplishment in every lesson. What really sets Swimming Fishies apart is how Danielle teaches in a way that removes fear and replaces it with confidence. Kids don’t just learn how to swim—they learn to enjoy it. They feel safe, capable, and excited in the water, which is something every parent hopes for. As parents, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is not only developing strong swimming skills but also gaining the awareness and confidence to be safe in and around water. Danielle’s approach builds that trust completely. On top of all of this, Danielle has shown incredible generosity and compassion by providing our foster child with free swimming lessons—something that has meant more to our family than we can put into words. It speaks volumes about the kind of person she is and the values she brings into her school. Swimming Fishies Swim School is truly something special. It’s not just about swimming—it’s about confidence, safety, joy, and a genuine love for every child who walks through their doors.Posted onSarah NullTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve had such a great experience with Swimming Fishes over the years. Back in 2021, my twins did the 9-day intensive when they were just 3 years old, and I was honestly blown away. Watching their progression in just nine lessons felt like watching little fish learn their rhythm overnight—it was incredible. They came out of it confident, capable swimmers so quickly. Fast forward five years, and their love for swimming has only grown. We recently came back for private lessons, and it’s been just as positive of an experience. My son is already excited about working toward swim team, which says a lot. One thing I really appreciate is how great the coaches are with kids of all personalities. My 8-year-old has ADHD, and the instructors handle high energy with patience, structure, and encouragement—they truly get kids and meet them where they are. From our first experience to now, we’ve been consistently impressed. If you’re looking for a place that builds both skills and confidence in the water, this is it.Posted onGman013Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This school truly delivers on its promise. It gives young children the skills and confidence they need to swim—and more importantly, to stay safe in the water. My two sons are currently in the 9-day program, and the progress they’ve made in such a short time speaks volumes about the quality of coaching. A big thank you to Coach Addie, Carolina, Madelyn, and Addison—you’ve made a real impact, and we’re grateful for the life-long skill you’re helping our boys develop. If you’re on the fence about this school, I highly recommend checking it out for yourself. We did, and it’s made a meaningful difference for our family.Posted onElizabeth BirtTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Swimming Fishies! From the moment we started, it’s been clear how much care and passion goes into everything they do. The environment is warm, welcoming, and so encouraging for little ones learning such an important skill. My older son was so scared of water when we first started that he would not even let water touch his face in the bath! In just a couple of months he is now swimming halfway across the pool by himself. We are super impressed and happy that our money is being well spent here :) A huge thank you to Danielle, the owner, for creating such a positive and supportive place for families. You can really feel her passion for keeping kids water-safe in every detail. And a special shoutout to Kennedy and Gavin—both are absolutely amazing swim coaches! They are patient, upbeat, and so great at building confidence in the kids while still making lessons fun. My kids genuinely look forward to their time in the water because of them. All of the coaches we've had have been super sweet! We’re so grateful to have found Swimming Fishies and couldn’t recommend them more!Posted onJoey KramerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 4 of my 5 kids have gone through Danielle’s program and every single one of them has grown to love the water because of her. I cannot recommend her program enough. She is a hands on coach with years of experience in helping even the most timid swimmer love the water. The only regret I have is we didn’t know about her sooner! She is the best!Posted onAlyssa NicholsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. UPDATE: Coach Eli shortly left after our original review below. After jumping a couple coaches, our little one found her niche with Coach Madison. Coach Madison has been so patient and supportive of our girl as she worked through her fears. Now she LOVES to swim! So much that she never wants to get out of the pool. She went from tears any time she had to float or go under the water, to being so excited for every class! This would not have been possible without Coach Madison. Thank you, Coach Madison, for this blessing you have poured over our little one. Your hard work and support has truly paid off. Thank you for all you have done ❤️🙏🏻 Original review: We absolutely LOVE Swimming Fishies Swim School. Our little one had been traumatized by another swim school when they let her almost drown due to too many students to coach ratio. We found SFSS and all their amazing reviews and decided to give it a try. They are incredible! Coach Eli has been working with her and does fantastic work. He is patience, kind, and never gives up on her even when she is fighting against him. Her fear of drowning is strong, but she has already shown to build trust in Coach Eli and has been smiling and laughing in the water again. We are so grateful for his commitment to help her learn to swim. We know SFSS is 100% worth it and we know she will learn to swim and protect herself here.Posted onMike McDonoughTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Carolina and Kennedy were absolutely amazing throughout the 9-day program at Swimming Fishes Argyle. They are incredibly patient, encouraging, and clearly very talented at working with young children. From the start, they created such a positive and supportive environment, and that made a huge difference for our daughter. Our 4-year-old started day 1 very fearful and would not even get her face wet. Carolina and Kennedy handled that with so much care, confidence, and encouragement. They knew exactly how to push her in the right way while still making her feel safe and supported. By day 8 of the 9 day program, we got there. Just three weeks later, she is now going to the bottom of the pool to grab toys. The progress has been incredible, and it is a direct reflection of how great these coaches are. They are professional, kind, and truly gifted at building confidence in little swimmers. We are so grateful for the impact they had on our daughter. Trust the process — it works, and Carolina and Kennedy are a huge reason why.Posted onSukhmandeep KaurTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing support and guidance our child received. In a short span of time, our 5 year-old progressed to the next level, which truly reflects the coach Kennedy’s effective teaching style and dedication. Coach Kennedy is always polite, patient, and wonderfully encouraging, creating a positive environment where kids feel confident and motivated to learn. Her ability to balance discipline with kindness makes a huge difference. Highly recommend her to any parent looking for a skilled and caring swimming coach!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
